''Payload Rifle, 25mmCL (TL9):'' A bulky semi-automatic
rifle, similar to an [[anti-materiel rifle, 25mmCL|anti-materiel rifle]], that fires a medium-
velocity 25mm cannon shell. This provides a long-ranged
alternative to a grenade launcher. It has a very effective
muzzle brake.

[[Electrothermal-Chemical (ETC)]] boosted version requires an A cell which is enough for firing up to 10 magazines of ammunition.
