Defaults: IQ-5 or Engineer (Electrical)-3

This is the skill of building, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems. Make a skill roll to diagnose an electrical fault, wire a building or vehicle, etc. Adventuring uses include damage control in combat (e.g., to restore power to a damaged vehicle system) and cutting the power to a building prior to clandestine activities. Note that electrical and electronic systems are not the same thing. The equivalent skill for electronics is Electronics Repair.

Modifiers: Equipment modifiers.
