A mystical Finnish martial art. The skills were preserved in the Valkonen family over 30 generations. The master of this art is Kaarlo Valkonen living at Hankasalmi, Central Finland.[1]
The short staff used looks like a walking stick with a hook (because it is a walking stick).
Practicioners learn to defend against unarmed attacks, puukko, Finnish small knife, and other weapons commonly used in Finnish brawls. A wooden puukko is used when practicing.
Skills: Brawling, Smallsword (Short Staff), Knife (puukko, small knife).
Techniques: Arm or Wrist Lock, Armed Grapple (Short Staff), Disarming, Finger Lock, Hook, Reverse Grip, Trip, Wrench (Limb).
