Defaults: DX-4 and others.

This is the skill of using a typewriter. Typing speed is skill × 3 words per minute (wpm) on a manual, skill × 5 wpm on an electric typewriter or computer keyboard.

This skill defaults at -3 to any skill that involves a lot of typing, notably Administration-3, Computer Operation-3, Research-3, and Writing-3, and many professional skills, such as Professional Skill (Journalist)-3. If you have such a skill, Typing skill is redundant (unless you wish to work as a professional typist).
