Unlike most fighters, you can combine Mighty Blows with All-Out Attack (Strong), improving its damage bonus to the higher of +2 per die or a flat +3. You can also do this with the Committed Attack (Strong) maneuver from GURPS Martial Arts, raising its damage bonus to the better of +1 per die or a flat +2. Either use costs 1 FP per attack.
